Please join Witt O'Brien's for our 8th Annual Agency Led FREE SPCC and FRP Workshop

We are excited to announce that Mark Howard, Troy Swackhammer, and Chris Perry* will be in-person this year! The workshop will also be broadcast virtually.

What makes this year’s in-person event unique? This year, Witt O’Brien’s will host:

  • Mark Howard, the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) program Subject Matter Expert (SME), with EPA Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
  • Tory Swackhammer, the EPA’s Facility Response Plan (FRP) SME, with EPA Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
  • Chris Perry*, the lead FRP and SPCC inspector in EPA Region 6.

This two-day workshop will offer a unique opportunity to hear directly from the FRP and SPCC program SMEs on complying with these two regulations and hearing the “boot on the ground” preceptive of a field inspector for EPA Region 6.

Participants will get an opportunity to hear directly from Mark and Troy how EPA’s Headquarters expects one to comply with these two regulations, ask questions and meet with them one and one. Additionally, as many of our participants are in EPA’s Region 6, participants will have an opportunity to meet with Chris*, a field inspector.
