We’re excited to announce that Witt O’Brien’s Compliance and Vessel groups are teaming up to deliver a one-of-a-kind FREE training and tabletop experience.
What makes this FREE in-person event unique?
Attendees will hear from former United States Coast Guard (USCG) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other seasoned professionals on compliance with USCG Facility Response Plans (FRP), Dock Operational Manuals (DOM), Facility Security Plans (FSP), and Vessel Response Plans (VRP).
To conclude the session, participants will take part in a tabletop exercise simulating a vessel breakaway from a dock, gaining hands-on experience in how both facility and vessel stakeholders manage and coordinate response efforts during such an event.
(Coffee and beverages will be provided. Participants will be on their own for lunch.)
This one-day FREE workshop offers companies a unique opportunity to gain a high-level understanding of compliance with these regulatory programs, engage with seasoned SMEs, and interact with active USCG members from the Houston–Galveston Sector (Pending Government Funding).
Additionally, participants will gain valuable insights through a short, combined tabletop exercise focused on common pain points, prior lessons learned, and areas of frequent confusion between stakeholders during a transfer incident.
